5. Boston , Mass ( only due to PERMANENT construction )

7. Dallas / Ft. Worth , Tx
8. San Francisco / Oakland / San Jose , Ca ( all really run together)
9. Washinton , DC  ( by word of mouth only )
10. St. Louis , Mo
