NIC Setup

Hmmmm replying to myself... sort of existential. Anyways, Allen, I
wrote this assuming that you are wanting to set up your NIC with DHCP,
as in for a cable modem/dsl setup. If this is NOT the case, and you
need a static IP, you need to change some things. First, on the tenth
step, do NOT hit F3, but instead hit enter on the first device and plug
in the correct ip address and netmask. You will then need to scroll
down and set up you nameserver. Again, this is if you are NOT using
DHCP. You should also completely ignore step twelve.

Sorry if I caused confusion.
