Organization is not a panacea.  Individual motivation is the key to
organizing events such as you've talked about.  Just because you're
"organized" doesn't mean that anything will get done.  Our government is a
wonderful example.  :-)

Seriously, though, in LUGs things get accomplished for one simple reason -
enthusiasm.  Enthusiastic, motivated members are what accomplishes things,
not organization.  Membership is the other key factor, since you need a
certain number of enthusiastic members before you'll hit critical mass.

I think that KCLUG already has enough enthusiasm to accomplish things --
you did a wonderful job with your booth at LF2K.  Organization may help
some more, but I think you're already there.
