Linux Demo Day Event

Many clubs have a community meeting and a separate
executive/board/business meeting

We could adopt this stance with the following philosophy:
Most of the community doesn't want to think about business that's why
it is not conducted at the general meetings.

Board reports can be mentioned on the list, and depending on the
formality of the general meetings there as well.

Business meetings can be open the the whole group. (easy if its done
via list)

Heck Linux day was never discussed at a meeting. We had information on a
table at a KULUA meeting er.. social, but discussion was preferred via
the list. From discussions here it was a success.
