I've heard rumors of Microsoft porting their FrontPage software to UNIX/Linux, but I don't have anything concrete. I don't know of any HTML editors for Linux, except to edit them from either PICO, Wordpad (I think Linux has one.. at least, RedHat KDE does) or vi. Just my 2 cents.. your mileage may vary.
