Linux internet provider

I'm using kcweb now, and in my 6-8 years of using the internet (8-12
ISPs, starting with the infamous tyrell), kcweb is the first and ONLY
one to EVER call ME up to report a problem.  And this was BEFORE I 
noticed it on my end.
