I'd assume that the reg key could be used with any OS version of Opera, but YMMV. For one day only, you can get an ad-free version of Opera. From Download.com, (and for one day only, valid from 12 a.m. Tuesday, August 30 to 12 a.m. Wednesday, August 31 2005 (PDT)). Simply e-mail registerme@opera.com to obtain a registration code Normally $39USD.

I quit using opera back when v7 came out (dont care for the crap). But as for the previous versions, they "used" to have different codes based on the os. If i remember correctly, There were "W", "U", and "L" codes. _____ From: kclug-bounces@kclug.org [mailto:kclug-bounces@kclug.org] On Behalf Of djgoku Sent: Tuesday, August 30, 2005 8:35 AM To: kclug@kclug.org Subject: Re: Opera ad-free reg key today only On 8/30/05, Kelsay, Brian - Kansas City, MO <HYPERLINK "mailto:brian.kelsay@kcc.usda.gov"brian.kelsay@kcc.usda.gov> wrote: I'd assume that the reg key could be used with any OS version of Opera, but YMMV. As it turns out, they do have different codes for the different OS's. However, the email they send you lists registration codes for each of the following platforms: Windows Linux Intel Linux PowerPC Linux Sparc FreeBSD Solaris Mac Epoc/QNX OS/2 How's that for handy?? -Lucas On 8/30/05, kurt@verruckt.org <kurt@verruckt.org> wrote:

Also, it appears that they're sending the same registration codes to everyone - they're not unique, so I'm sure you'll be able to find these codes elsewhere across the internet for a long time to come. -Lucas On 8/30/05, sirsky <sirsky@gmail.com> wrote:
