Actually, what you need to do is talk with the local ISP's and see if you can arrange a better DSL link. DSL with T1 uplink speeds should cost you no more than 1/4 of a T1. Different technologies. It's possible your local ISP is too stupid to take the money and run, but it's worth a try!
