Yeah, they want a lot of experience, but I don't even know how to get 
(documented) experience using these technologies. I had Red Hat running 
on a home server with containers running Jellyfin and a few other 
servers, but I doubt that's enough to get a job.

Yes. I am in Belton, and the Chewy warehouse wants Windows people who 
know GNU/Linux. I haven't used Windows in years; I have no experience 
with it.

(I am currently looking for a job.)
