specific changes to ntop and other packages.  There is evidence that
they did change the code for some other stuff, and refused repeated
requests via phone and email to make that code available and also may
not have included a copy of the GPL but merely posted info that some
of the software was licensed under it.  The result: a DMCA take down
notice to their ISP.    Man, when someone tries to get through and get
the issue resloved and the people who work for the org can't even
figure out who to send you to talk to, that's a train wreck.
