Well
    I have tried everything that has been tossed at me, I notice if i 
change resolutions to the smallest possible it works.

Here a funny little lesson, Don't try to set up your duel monsters to so 
that you can go from the left of the primary to the secondary, and then 
try get the secondary to be on the left. It turns the screen dark.
