ITEC Setup and Show Times, also Tables

You're right, you posted this ITEC schedule a few
weeks ago:

Tuesday 10/24/2006
    Exhibitor Move-In        9AM-6PM

    Exhibitor Move-Out       3PM-7PM

I can bring my stuff and help arrange everything else
on Tuesday afternoon.  I'll already be in the
neighborhood of the convention center around 2pm so I
can be there shortly.

I still can't believe the differences between largely
women's shows and largely men's shows.  My wife does
new age fairs with her fantasy portraits business and
they usually go on for 9 or 10 hours a day (there is
one this weekend which lasts 11-1/2 hours on
Saturday), but these largely masculine tech shows go
on for only six hours a day.

I can probably bring a 4' folding table which can
support monitors and a system if necessary.  I have a
6' folding camping table which cannot support much
weight but which could support things like books, CDs
and promotional materials.  It is warped a bit in the
middle, but a little white folded blanket under the
tablecloth would make it appear flat for displaying
the O'Reilly books.

Any ideas on tablecloths?  Something thicker than a
sheet, or two sheets together, might be the order of
the day.
