Fwd: [DISCUSS] Petreley calls for action

He wrote one of the first howtos I read for making a timeshifting PC for
radio I think, possibly for that and TV.  Among other articles on
Varlinux.org  i think he has written freelance for Linux Journal besides the
other places mentioned.
