OT: PHP Programmers Wanted

My employer is looking for some PHP programmers to (I believe) subcontract out to some customers of ours. Must know SQL as well (MySQL 4.x is the backend) as this is a dynamic database driven site. This all will run on a Debian Linux system, so it's kinda related here :)
