Ugh! That certainly wouldn't be the kind of install
demo that I would recommend even if time did allow.
Not that it would be great for a bunch of hard-core
geeks, but I suspect all hardcore geeks have already
done a Gentoo Stage 1 install by now. ;')

However a productivity demonstration might not be bad.
Perhaps scanning in a logo, sticking in a letter,
creating a letter, and doing a mail-merge. Or creating
a presentation using Impress or KPresenter. With
Massachussetts now going to OpenDoc format, perhaps a
demonstration of various Office Apps sharing an
OpenDoc document? Perhaps even ... dare I say it ... a
Windows machine running an OpenDoc capable Office App
and sharing between systems?

BTW, do we need people/stuff to help out at the 
booth/whatever? I could help out, but would need to 
arrange daycare.
