Perl Monkey
Entry-level Perl Monkey needed for web-based application development.
You must have a solid foundation (education or experience) in the
following :

Proficiency using Perl and Linux
A basic understanding of relational database structure and queries
(MySQL)
Ability to hang by your tail while using the vi editor
Must be able to work independently
Must play well with other primates
Must love learning about Perl, Linux and other related monkey business.

Having the following will raise your standing in the pack:

Fundamental understanding of WWW programming, including Apache Web
server configuration, Internet protocols, mod_perl and declarative
languages
A knowledge of the CGI programming interface and the basic environment
it provides
XML Skills: Familiarity with  XML namespaces, XSLT transformations
Previous experience writing or managing payment gateways, financial
transactions, shopping carts, or securing and storing financial data
