I used Oracle's JDeveloper product for most of last year. It has some excellent
tools for graphing tables and their relationships to one another. Microsoft's
Visio has the same capabilities, I suppose. Are there OSS tools that can do
this too?

Other than that, JDeveloper is a Java IDE, but I don't think it's as good as
Borland's JBuilder.
