Helpdesk position open

[Kelsay, Brian - Kansas City, MO]

As of 12/30/05 there will be an opening for a contractor junior level
Helpdesk Technician at the USDA in Kansas City, MO.  I will be getting
more details and requirements soon, but basically you need
troubleshooting skills, phone etiquette and customer service skills, and
at least a little bit of experience with XP and Office.  1500 user
location and you will work in a secure windowless room.  The techs trade
off working on the floor resolving tickets and this position will most
likely be concentrated on inventory.  Interviews will start by next week
most likely.

Not the greatest of jobs, but a foot in the door to get more experience.
Definitely better than unemployment. :)
