Thinkpad T23 memory?

Just wondering if anyone in the lug would have some 256MB or 512MB 144pin 
pc133 sodimms I could use to upgrade my newly acquired T23.  Description said 
256MB and of course it arrives with 2 /128MB instead of  1/256 and 
1/available slot Rats....Cheap would be great, free would be awesome!!! I 
seem to recall Bill saying he had a whole pile of old memory laying around. 
I'll be at next tuesday's meeting.... Thanks
