OT: Disaster Recovery Broadband Internet

Anyone know of a Internet Service Providers that can give you speeds of T1 or greater and flexible enough to go anywhere with as little lead time as possible? Wanting T1+ speed, at a mobile site somewhere in Kansas or Missouri, with a 24-48 hour install?
Wireless, Satellite, etc... Also has to be IPSEC VPN friendly (No Direcway).

Our company has been working on a Disaster Recovery Plan and we signed a contract with Agility. We pay them a monthly service fee and they guarantee that on the event of a disaster, they will send us out a double wide trailer to the destination of our choice along with workstations, servers, and printers for up to 40 people. Everything to get us working again with minimal downtime. The problem is their basic package does not give you a lot of bandwidth (512/384kbps shared with VOIP phones). You can't just upgrade the bandwidth, and the monthly change for the Enterprise version is just way too expensive and still only gives you the bandwidth of a single T1 shared with VOIP.

Our problem is that we have many remote offices that VPN into our network to do their work. With the above solution, we don't have the bandwidth to keep the status quo. Looking for any feedback regarding DRP bandwidth solutions available.

Thanks.
