Knoppix Hard Disk Install - Upgrades?

With a full Knoppix you should be able to "apt-get update && apt-get
upgrade" after install and maybe one reboot. I would not recommend a
dist upgrade however. Everything I have read warns against it. There
is now some decent install documentation on Knoppix.net, use the search
feature at the top of the page and search for install.
