So would FDA and FTC. I read some of their research that says these people
rotate domain names, sometimes several times a week, with each "advertising
campaign" (read that "spam blast). Would make it hard to keep a hosts list
current.

When I turned off HTML in my email client, my life immediately got a lot
simpler.
