Apache question

I want to change some of my web hosting path references from this:

Alias /html/somedir /home/sites/server/web/common_somedir/files

I've seen AliasMatch -- but not sure how to write the file so that 
basically if someone was under:

/html/somedir
/news/somedir
/info/somedir
/somedir

As it is now, I have to put in an alias for each one.    Ideally, I'd love 
to have a "master" file that would automagically do that for every site . . 
. but I'm not picky at this point.
