On your non-working router, you may want to try to flash it with an update from Linksys.  Some 
broadband providers were blocking connections from older, unpatched Linksys routers.  There was 
some sort of remote vulnerability.  I swear I read about this a couple of weeks ago.  Doesn't 
affect me because I use a Linux box for a router, but my dad has one of these, so I keep an eyeball 
to the ground.
