OK, yes Brian, you're absoloutely correct. I did mean "ethical
hacking". It's more fun to me though (being from anglo descent - a
shining example of "caucasian") to refer to myself as a kracker. So you
see, it was somewhat a PUN.

We, white-tiger-security, have worked together in the past. However,
the company we worked for - Micrologic Business Solutions/Systems (MBS)
- got bought out and some of us stayed and some of us left. Well, now,
almost all of us are "outa there" and we decided to start up
www.white-tiger-security.com .

Some of the guys work for Comptia ( the makers of A+, Linux+,Network+,
Security+, etc.) helping decide what subject matter should appear on
these tests. I will probably go to Chicago next week to offer up
suggestions on the rewrite of the Linux+ test. One of the ways we could
contribute would be through setting up vouchers for y'all to take these
tests. I know, I know "the 133t don't need to prove it w/ a
certification". However, HR people and potential customers who are
rather less than 133t, view these certifications as a way of gauging how
good you are (or something). Plus, it's a good thing for a n00b to have
on a resume. Anyway, I don't really believe in certification
personally, but if I can get a free certification for something I
already love and work with.........why not? This is one thing we can
offer. There are probably other things too, but most the guys are
Windoze engineers. I'm the only member here, so they asked me to see
what you guys thought.

What are some things (and please be reasonable) that you guys would
request from a sponsor?

Universally,
Shayne
