Maybe it has to do with the new threading in Apache 2.0. Could be that the model is not solidified
and PHP is trying to get compatible w/ them.

It clearly states in the warning box: Do not use Apache 2.0 and PHP in a
production environment neither on Unix nor on Windows. It does not say
exactly why.
