My new Hp Pavilion ze4400 Laptop

Well, I already have most of those except for TurboLinux 8.  The problem is I can never get gentoo 
or debian to install properly, hence the plee for help.    Kind of makes me sick that I just bought 
that without checking for compatability.  Well, I guess I learned...  They ought to have proper 
support in a couple months or so.

Nope his laptop isn't listed as one of the supported/
certified HP laptops. Still I'd recommend in order of
my personal preference:
1)Mandrake 9.1
2)RedHat 9 (Wow! have you seen the price for the Pro version!?)
3)debian 3
4)gentoo
5)TurboLinux 8
