I use ipcop on mine.  It's basically a stripped down Red Hat 7.3 with 
the right stuff added to do IPtables.  I don't need a gui on it as it 
runs a small webserver for configuration from w/in the network.  The web 
server is not visible to the internet unless I make it so.  (insecure)   
ipcop.org
