Meeting spaces change?

Well, good news and bad news. Final approval just came. She mis-spoke
yesterday, however. The room we need is unavailable Mon - Thurs. So, we
can definely have the room but we'd have to re-think our meeting
schedule to use it. The guaranteed available times are Friday 6:30 -
10:00PM or any time Saturday or Sunday. This is a mark against this
solution.
