I never saw an article citing Novell's ABEND log as contributing to the 
over-all improvement in PC hardware.  I did see the articles regarding Linux 
making such a contribution.

I've had plenty of applications freeze my Linux systems over the years.  Just 
recently my Mandrake 9.2 system locked up in KDE - I'm not sure, but I think 
it was kdeinit trying to start a konqueror process.  I couldn't get any 
console response, and when I connected via SSH "shutdown" would run but not 
do anything.  Sure, I didn't have a BSoD, but hitting the reset button was 
still the solution.

I told you I had a stable Win95 system.  Your argument appears to be "Oh 
yeah?".
