Actually I mis-spoke. It is not able to ping the outside boxes. It 
added  "no"  in front of response  and listed 1000ms or something

I can see a link & activity light on both the outside switch and the PIX. I have a PC on the 
outside that can ping the gateway, but the PIX can not. It can ping the pc's on the inside. 

I think if I get the ping/connection issue solved the routing will fall in place. Then I can play 
with the permissions.

Inside 192.168.10.0
Outside 192.168.11.0
