Mounting Floppy diskette problem on Redhat 8.0

Logged in as root 'mount /mnt/floppy' works on RedHat 7.3. This assumes the
floppy is formatted as a standard floppy (FAT12, I believe). With Windows
Xtra Painful I am not sure what it might be.
