I've had excellent service from both BE Tek <http://www.betek.com/> and
Computer Depo <http://www.compdepo.com/>. I tried Hypertec and got some
very rude sales people.

Comp Depo has some windowed cases w/ power supply in their store right
now. Cold Cathode light tubes are only $20, too.
