Open Wireless AP...find the owner?

You neglect to mention what part of town, but I know it's not me because I use 
a different IP range.  How do you know it's RoadRunner, do you get routing 
and gateway info?

If nothing else, set him up as an alternate route if your own broadband goes 
down!
