Locally?  Just about any place, such as OfficeMax, CompUSA, Microcenter, 
etc...

Dlink 650 for $14.95 after $20.00 rebate.  The Dlinks have very high
quality radio receivers inside them too allowing their range to rival the 
much more expensive Ciscos.  Its my favorite card to take out on a nice 
day.

Since the recieve radio is the most expensive part of the card to make and
largely determines your maximum range, it is a good measure of quality:
