Well, it appears to me that Linus only requests that you acknowledge
that that the Linux trademark is his. Clearly though, it's not
conflicting to include his trademark in yours as other companies like
"Linux Journal" have done. I think any time you use your new logo you'll
just have to put in small print somewhere:

"Linux is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds."
