here's cron log file that I have
Super-User
root at infosavvy.tech.new.net
Thu Feb 13 19:05:44 CST 2003
You know what,
I tried with the one you pointed that out.
5 * * * * root /usr/local/apache2/cgi-bin/calendarcron
It still got a zero byte in it.
Someone mentioned that I need to make it world-writable for calendar.html
That's not what I intended.
Here's what I got in the cron log file.
ns1 [153] ## tail log
< root 3914 c Thu Feb 13 10:35:01 2003 rc=2
> CMD: /usr/local/apache2/cgi-bin/calendar.cgi >
/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/calendar.html

< root 3976 c Thu Feb 13 11:35:00 2003 rc=2
> CMD: /usr/local/apache2/cgi-bin/calendar.cgi >
/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/calendar.html

< root 4045 c Thu Feb 13 12:42:00 2003 rc=1
by the way, calendarcron is the perl script that I created.
I'm not sure how I can interpret this.
