I'm not kidding.

Remember, Microsoft is a PROPIETARY software company.  If you want _Microsoft_ 
FrontPage support, you gotta get it from Microsoft.  If you were to build a 
FrontPage support module and publish it, Microsoft would send lawyers, and you 
would go away.  However, propietary software can be given away free, just like 
Internet Explorer is, and that's the case for the FrontPage extensions:
