Actually, the copy I received from the list daemon had the signature in
it. You can also see the signature in the archive:

So, unless anyone has any objections, I'm going to start using PGP/MIME
on a regular basis. I've tested it will several itterations of the
latest Microsoft Outlooks without any problems.
