In Red Hat 7.3 (i think), anti-aliasing is not enabled by default in 
Mozilla. You will either need to compile your own Mozilla or upgrade to 
8.0. On the other hand, Konqueror is fairly nice browser that supports 
most web pages and features very nice font rendering.

Here are the font setting I have in each:

Default Font: Serif

Serif: Georgia
Sans Serif: Arial
Monospace: Courier New
Fantasy: Linotext
Cusive: Muriel
