They should be able to run winipcfg and get the info from that.

Yeah, aren't they charming?  He probably didn't have a clue how to find out, 
but they post it to their web site and you can usually find it.

You can also query a domain and find out what their nameservers are -  
provided you have at least one good nameserver to start with (doesn't have to 
be your ISP's).
