About a year and a half ago is when they switched last.  There was  a 
story posted to slashdot.  I thought he was the only Bob Cringely.  
Guess I was wrong.  I knew him from the Build a Plane in 30 Days, PBS 
program.

I think they currently have a woman writing the Infoworld column.  You 
can tell the writing style and tone changed.
