Wireless Broadband in KC

Regulated frequency users must get a license from the FCC. The petitions
can take almost a year and costly. A microwave license can cost $20,000+
for a point-to-point connection.
If you operate in unregulated frequencies, then you would only need to
adhere to the FCC guidelines (power, signal strength, etcetera).

There shouldn't be any, unless you plan to use equipment that does not
fall withing the power ratings the FCC has aproved for 802.11 access.
If you plan ou renting tower space, and boosting the power, then you
have a lot of infrastructure planning aheas of you, and should probably
hire a lawer to deal with the FCC.
