kcwireless-talk: Everest

That part of their AUP is about acting as a server (with inbound connections
coming from Everest).  My understanding from folks who would know, but who
aren't Everest representatives, is that KCWireless-style use is okay as long
as you don't violate the excessive bandwidth provision.
