It might.  When it does and misidentifies good mail.  Those emails are 
forwarded as well and have the same local email addresses in the forward 
to/from sections.  When those are marked as non-spam, bogofilter will 
discount it's ability to discriminate between spam and non-spam based on 
those addresses.

However, it will probably think that the local spam email address is a good 
indicator of spam.  But since no mail is ever sent from that address, it 
won't matter.
