Qmail front end -- 2nd try?

Ok, I'm still hunting for a possible solution to my Qmail front end.  I
have a possible commitment on a MySQL/Perl solution for maintaining the
users, but nothing set in stone yet.  At the very least if I just had a way
to have a script that would build what I need, it would be a major
improvement.  I'm willing to throw some dollars at a solution too . . .
