There's no doubt in my mind that the Dual PPro 200 will be slowest.  At
best, you could expect 280MHz equivalent performance next to the AMD 500.
The AMD is a more advanced chip than the PPro too.

As far as comparing 32 bit to 64 bit processors, if you were moving a lot of
data constantly, the 64 would shine, if you were doing lots of variable
operations, the 32 might be nearly as fast, but a lot depends on code
optimization.
