The FTC address (for reporting bogus products & MLM schemes) is uce at ftc.gov

Forward phony stock advice & stock-hyping spam to SEC at enforcement at sec.gov

Finally, report e-mail from Nigeria or any other country wanting you 
to transfer money from your bank account directly to the Secret 
Service at 419.fcd at usss.treas.gov
