Hi there,
I highly recommend DreamHost
(http://www.dreamhost.com/comparison.html). For $10/month they include
100MB of storage, 7GB/month of bandwidth, mysql, php, perl, python, 5
shell/email accounts, 20 email-only accounts, a mailing list, webmail,
et c. That price also includes domain registration. They've been
around a few years, they're friendly, and their tech support is good.
As a LUG bonus, they're a Linux-only shop...
