That would be a difficult question to answer.  Considering past events
that he has spoken, most people look foward to the evening *after* all the
talks.  So, a frequently asked question is, "what is your favorite beer,"
and thus maddog speaks:

A: That's really hard to say. I tend towards Belgian beers and
particularly wheat beers, preferably unfiltered. I'm not much on dark
beers like stouts or porters, and nothing with any type of fruit in it.
Beer should be made with grains and water, not jalapenos or anything like
that, please.

But actually the best beers are the ones I brew myself. There's a brewery
that I go to quite a bit that is close to my house; you can brew 15
gallons of beer at a time.
